Q: Where can you ship to?
We currently only ship within United Kingdom.
Q: Can I change the design of a dress?
We can do custom made. And you can contact us for more information.
Q: How should I place an order?
When you find an item you want to buy, select your size and color, and then click the 'Add to Cart' button. You can proceed to checkout to purchase, or continue shopping. Once you are finished, no matter how many products you purchase, you only have one single checkout. If you need any help along the way please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Q: When will I receive my order?
Delivery Times = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time
Tailoring Time: around 15-18 days
Shipping Time: 5-8 days

Q: Can I place dresses in other colors? Any Extra Cost?
Yes, we can do dresses in custom colors, and there is not extra cost. Please choose the "custom colors" option when you check out, and leave your colors in order note when you check out.
Q: What is the best way to choose my size?
Please kindly refer to our Size Chart to choose the correct size. If your measurements align with our size chart, we suggest you choose standard size. If your measurements cannot be found in the size chart, we recommend you choose custom size to ensure the dress fits you.
