Cancellations
Unpaid orders will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
- Orders cannot be canceled after 72 hours of payment. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us for assistance.
Return
Upon receiving your dress, if there’s any issue, you must inform us within 14 days of package receipt.
- Provide photos of the dress to show evidence of damage, bad quality, incorrect size, style, or color, etc.
- Product must be unworn and only tried on for fit and sizing (no dirt, perfume, lipstick, cigarette smell, stain, or damage).
- Once your request is approved, send us the item within 5 days using the local postal service (you bear the shipping cost).
- Upon receipt, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and matches the issues stated.
- Once confirmed, we’ll refund you via your original payment method within 7-10 days (handling time depends on your payment method and bank). Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: We cannot accept orders that purchase multiple pieces to choose one, as this is not part of our return policy.
For Custom Size and Custom Order
Custom dresses are tailored to the measurements you provide and cannot be returned. However, we’re open to discussing helpful solutions.
Please Note: We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible, but color representation may vary per individual computer monitor settings. If concerned, you’re welcome to request fabric samples.
